Job Development Coordinator

Dawn Perry is a dedicated Job Development Coordinator with over 20 years of experience in events, relationship building, and workforce engagement.  She began her career in television and film, where she developed a strong foundation in high-pressure production environments and large-scale event coordination.

Most recently, Dawn served as Manager of Community Relations and Employee Events at a leading hearing aid manufacturer.  In this role, she built meaningful partnerships, led impactful employee engagement initiatives, and strengthened community connections.  Her exceptional performance earned her Employee of the Month multiple quarters and the prestigious Employee of the Year Award in 2019.
